bd999 Responsible Gaming —
Keep the fun, keep the control
bd999 believes online gaming should be entirely enjoyable and safe. Our responsible gaming policies and tools are always ready to keep you protected and informed.
What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
bd999's approach and commitment
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — where people look for fun, excitement, and the chance to win something. At bd999, we want every player to fully enjoy this experience while staying within their own limits. Responsible gaming means making conscious decisions — how much time you spend, how much money you put in, and when to take a break.
Gambling or online betting is primarily a form of entertainment, not a reliable source of income. On bd999, the outcome of every game is completely random and fair — no specific strategy or method can guarantee a win. So always remember: only bet what you can afford to lose.
We believe the foundation of a healthy gaming experience is transparency and player empowerment. That is why bd999 provides all users with tools to set deposit limits, use time-out features, and self-exclude when needed.
Our 6 pillars of protection
The features bd999 offers to keep you safe
Age Verification
bd999 strictly ensures that only users aged 21 and above can use the platform. Protecting minors is our highest priority.
Deposit Limit Setting
You can set your own maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. This removes the risk of going beyond your budget.
Time-Out Feature
Temporarily pause your account for a set period — such as 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month — whenever you feel you need a break.
Self-Exclusion
Having trouble keeping your gaming under control? Request a long-term or permanent account closure. Our support team is here to help.
Activity Review
Track your gaming history, deposits, and winnings. Staying aware of your own behaviour makes it easier to maintain healthy limits.
24/7 Support
For any issue — technical or personal — the bd999 support team is always ready to help via live chat and email.
How do the tools work?
A detailed description of each protection tool on bd999
Deposit Limit
The minimum deposit on bd999 is ৳500. You can set your own limit below that amount if you wish. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A request to increase the limit will be delayed slightly for security reasons, to prevent impulsive decisions made in the heat of the moment.
Time-Out & Cooling-Off Period
Sometimes taking a break is the best decision. Voluntarily pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time, logging in or making a deposit will not be possible — only any withdrawal requests already in progress will be handled.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact our support team to activate a long-term or permanent self-exclusion. Requests to reopen the account in this state are not accepted — this is intentionally strict, for your own protection.
Age Verification Process
Age verification is mandatory when creating an account on bd999. No one under 21 can use the platform. Additional verification may be requested for any account that raises suspicion.
Contacting Support
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, speak to us directly via live chat or email — [email protected]. Our team provides round-the-clock support in both Bengali and English.
